Draw geometries on map? Basemap management?

Just came accross this service and created personal webgis. Uploaded a couple of vector layers and built a map. Have a couple of questions:

• I see basemap setting when creating a web map, but it’s empty. How can I manage basemaps?
• Is it possible to draw new geometries on the web map? Or is it read only by design?

I see basemap setting when creating a web map, but it’s empty. How can I manage basemaps?

Create “Basemap” resource first. You can use any basemap from QMS or specify custom tiles URL.

Then, you can select this resource in Basemap settings when creating/updating web map.

Yes, you can activate Editing in web map settings

And then Edit mode is available for vector layers on this web map (if current user has permissions to edit)
